  • No refunds will be provided for missed sessions or days. Please plan your attendance carefully.
  • Punctuality is essential. Arrive on time each day to avoid disrupting the flow of the training and to show respect to your instructor and fellow participants.
  • If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations, please inform us before attending the course. This will help us support you and tailor your training appropriately.
  • Mobile phones must be silenced or turned off during all sessions to maintain a calm, focused, and respectful learning environment.
  • Participants are responsible for their own belongings. Please keep personal items secure.
  • Please wear appropriate training attire and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day.
  • This is a respect-based environment. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in removal from the course without refund.

Frequently Asked Questions

Anyone aged 13 and over is welcome! No previous martial arts experience is necessary. We tailor the training to suit all levels — from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.

We recommend bringing:

  • Comfortable sportswear or a martial arts uniform
  • Trainers or martial arts shoes (optional, barefoot is fine indoors)
  • A refillable water bottle
  • A notebook and pen (for theory sessions)
  • Your own weapons (if you have them) — staff and sword. We can also provide loan equipment.

Your course fee includes:
