- No refunds will be provided for missed sessions or days. Please plan your attendance carefully.
- Punctuality is essential. Arrive on time each day to avoid disrupting the flow of the training and to show respect to your instructor and fellow participants.
- If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations, please inform us before attending the course. This will help us support you and tailor your training appropriately.
- Mobile phones must be silenced or turned off during all sessions to maintain a calm, focused, and respectful learning environment.
- Participants are responsible for their own belongings. Please keep personal items secure.
- Please wear appropriate training attire and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day.
- This is a respect-based environment. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in removal from the course without refund.
