New Women-Only Sanda Kickboxing Class: A Safe Space to Build Strength & Confidence

This year, we launched our first women-only Sanda Kickboxing and Self-Defence class at Shaolin — a powerful and supportive space where women can train, grow, and feel strong.

We believe it’s important to create an environment where women feel safe, respected, and encouraged to push themselves. Sanda (Chinese kickboxing) is a dynamic martial art that blends striking, movement, and self-defence. Perfect for building physical and mental resilience.

Led by Sifu Martine, the class is designed to be welcoming, beginner-friendly, and empowering.
