Join us for a two-day Tai Chi Sword Workshop, based on Chen-style Tai Chi. Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or completely new to sword forms, this workshop offers a fantastic opportunity to deepen your practice and learn a unique and elegant Tai Chi weapon form.

No prior experience is required. The workshop is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with some background in Tai Chi or martial arts. Instruction will be tailored to all levels.

This course is open to participants aged 15 and over.
Yes! If you do not own a Tai Chi straight sword (jian), we have a limited number available to borrow. Please contact us in advance to reserve one.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing suitable for movement, such as sportswear or martial arts uniforms. Flat-soled shoes are recommended for safe and effective practice.
Meals and accommodation are optional. A meal plan (lunch and dinner) is available for approximately £30 per day, and we can assist you in arranging local accommodation to suit your needs. Contact us for details.
Yes, all participants will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the workshop.
The workshop is accessible to most fitness levels. While Tai Chi sword includes movement and coordination, it is performed in a controlled and meditative manner. Please inform us of any injuries or concerns before the course.
